The simple thought of being happy has been lost in the endless chase for “I’ll be happy when”. I have developed a program to strengthen your emotional resilience called The Art of Learning to Be S.T.I.L.L. Emotional resilience is the ability to bounce back from a situation – to learn from your actions and make choices based on those experiences. The Be S.T.I.L.L. program provides skills necessary to find happiness in the now – the only place it truly exists! Depending on your time and need, my program can range from a basic one hour lunch and learn to a more formal 3-hour introduction to a comprehensive weekend workshop. The Be S.T.I.L.L. program covers a range of topics surrounding emotional resilience including:
1. Why should is a bad word.
2. Why memes are BS!
3. Why happiness can only be felt in the now.
4. How to filter unneeded limiting beliefs.
5. How to learn from the past, not live in it.
